Then I decided to make desk card.  Once "Happy Birthday" is quilled I filled it with different patterns. Quilling is done using 3 mm strips. We will look forward to your entries. Indian Quilling Challenge # 15--Anything goes with Roses---DT post

Image
Hi Friends,  Since long I wanted to do inverse quilling but was not able to get my hands on. This time for the rose challenge I thought to try it. Steps which I followed are: 1. Take the printout of the rose. 2. Traced it on the card and cut it out. 3. Make the quilled elements  and glue it on the back side of the cutout. 4. Take a plain card stock and stick on the quilled elements to cover those. 5. Card is ready. I hope you will try this technique. If you have any questions then do message me. Don't forget to enter your lovely creations in the IQGC facebook album here or you can also mail your entries to  indianquillingchallenges@gmail.com Happy Quilling! Love, Aditi

Indian Quilling Challenge # 14--Box it up---DT post

Image
Hi Friends,  This month's theme at Indian Quilling Challenge is to make any quilling project associated with a box. You can decorate a box, make quilled box, make magic box and decorate it. Let your creative juices flow... I have been  very busy initially in the month of march. After that, I got jaundice and till now I am recovering from that. So, no energy left to make project. Sorry for that. But as I have to make a project as DT I decided to decorate a box which my kids painted last week. They painted a box for themselves to keep their stuff. So thought to decorate that for my daughter. I know this is very very simple but I hope you will like it... Share your quilled projects in this Facebook album . Happy Crafting!! Aditi
