Hi friends, I got inspired by Prite sh (quillingmesoftlee.blogspot.in) for her heavy duty bee hiving:). So, I thought to give earrings a break and do bee hived Aum. Actually to quill 'Aum' was on my mind since long but after seeing Suganthi ji's(papercraftss.blogspot.com) work I was sure to go that way. Hi Friends, Rakshabandhan festival is on 2nd August 2012. This festival is celebrated mainly in India. On this festival, sister tie a rakhi (thread) on her brother's wrist.   This symbolizes the sister's love and prayers for her brother's well-being, and the brother's lifelong vow to protect her.  Below are the quilled rakhis made by me.
